For the "bg" locale (and others, see below), the LC_MESSAGES/coreutils.mo
file is not a real file, but a symlink onto itself.

This issue is actually due to CSWcommon providing symlinks from
locales/$LANG/LC_TIME to locales/$LANG/LC_MESSAGES.  We've discussed this
and the links should be removed from CSWcommon shortly as per the gettext
standards.  In the meantime, I'll reassign this bug to CSWcommon so it can
be closed by the maintainer of that package when the updated release is
made.
