This has been fixed in
  pm_mailspf-2.007,REV=2010.12.02-SunOS5.9-all-CSW.pkg.gz
and is released to current/. Until it reaches the mirrors you can use the
final package from
  http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#perl
