The xmlstarlet documentation at
http://xmlstar.sourceforge.net/doc/UG/xmlstarlet-ug.html#d0e130 mentions
several locations to download pre-compiled binary packages. OpenCSW is not
among them. Could you ask upstream (i.e. yourself ATM?) to include a
reference to our packages?
