Test cases fail with current libjpeg 7.0:

t/GD.t ........ Testing using png support.
t/GD.t ........ 1/12 gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error:
Wrong JPEG library version: library is 70, caller expects 62
Can't call method "png" on an undefined value at t/GD.t line 323.
t/GD.t ........ Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
