Summary:                    Missing dependency on "python_devel"
Description: 
When importing my public key I got a python exception about a missing
distutils module.

Installing python_devel fixed it.

Not sure if gitosis is missing the dependency, it seems to be used by
setuptools.

distutils have been moved to CSWpython, this issue is now fixed.
