Note that Cfengine 3.x is a completely different application than Cfengine
2.x. It uses an entirely incompatible syntax for it's configuration, and
upgrading from one to the other is a non-trivial task. I would recommend
packaging Cfengine 2 and Cfengine 3 separately.
