xterm 256 has been built (this time fully against the CSW X11 stack to
avoid libX11.so.4 and libX11.so.6 mixing), but there's a regression of the
app-defaults handling. Waiting on feedback/clarification from
http://www.opencsw.org/bugtrack/view.php?id=4366.
