Summary:                    Perl 5.10 (csw) package breaks Nagios
Description: 
When updating perl to 5.10, Nagios starts to throw "segmentation
violations" and crashes. However, the SMF on Solaris continues to restart
the process unsuccessfully.

After we updated all packages with the pkg-get -u command, Nagios started
failing on our Solaris 10x86-64 platform. We then tried it on a SPARC
Solaris 10 machine, but the behavior was the same. When we downgraded Perl
Nagios started working again. Thanks.
