Summary:                    syslog-ng can not be stopped with smf
Description: 
I installed CSWsyslogng . I did not change any configuration files.
syslogd got auto-disabled and syslog_ng got auto-enabled. When disabling
syslog_ng via smf the processes continues to run.

I found out that it is a user error on my side. The processes are running
in zones.
