Summary:                    Runtime depends on CSWossh which isn't really
required
Description: 
CSWossh shouldn't be runtime required for rssh
We use Sun's SSH Daemon, but want rssh for rsync - thus we don't need rssh
to link again CSWossh.
Obviously, CSWossh still needs to be a build depend though

But I configure rssh with
  CONFIGURE_ARGS += --with-scp=$(bindir)/scp
  CONFIGURE_ARGS += --with-sftp-server=$(libexecdir)/sftp-server
so essentially the defaults are OpenSSH from CSW, right?
