Summary:                    Update to Mesa 7.9.1
Description: 
Rendering issues observed when tested with Mesa Demos 8.0.1 and piglit.
Mesa development suggested Mesa 7.9.1 update for modernization for recent
OpenGL  cross-platform development projects.

7.9.1 uses talloc which is part of Samba and CSW does not offer.  Versions
between this and the last I compiled fail to compile for other reasons, I
have no reason to believe 7.9.1 will compile even with talloc.  Please can
they (Mesa) spend less time on features and more time on good code.
