Summary: Update to Mesa 7.9.1
Description:
Rendering issues observed when tested with Mesa Demos 8.0.1 and piglit.
Mesa development suggested Mesa 7.9.1 update for modernization for recent
OpenGL cross-platform development projects.

Thank you, dam and James, for doing this work. Updating RFE for Mesa 7.10
upgrade requirement due to VERY IMPORTANT addition of four OpenGL
extensions required in improved compliance of OpenGL spec for the software
renderer on SPARC/x86 platforms and fully support the 2nd Generation Intel
Core processor family (codenamed Sandy Bridge), including render
acceleration, 3D, compositing, Xv, and H.264/MPEG2 development project(s).
