There are at least three different versions that are mentioned as the
latest on the various mirrors/websites.

I checked the list before submitting my report.
So I was aware of the issue.

As I am a big fan of naming schemes, I find it perfectly reasonable.
As disucussed there, submission and rollback should be always en bloc.

It is totally okay, that there are rollbacks. But I consider it a bug in
the rollback process that some mirrors do/did not show the latest version
before the wrongly released packages. They showed another older version
before that.
When rolling back this should not happen.
