Summary: Update to Mesa 7.9.1
Description:
Rendering issues observed when tested with Mesa Demos 8.0.1 and piglit.
Mesa development suggested Mesa 7.9.1 update for modernization for recent
OpenGL cross-platform development projects.

The talloc part appears to work as far as it compiles although mesa doesn't
work at all, but hey ho, talloc in, talloc out, wish they'd stabilise their
ideas. I keep skipping versions in the hope the next will be better but
it's not been, well so what, I have system/hardware OGL on the XVR-600.
