ggettext breaks many dependants, it is missing libintl.so.2 and
libintl.so.3

The packages with the problems use ggettext not ggettextrt, it's double
legacy support but it's still there.

Ok, I must have missed placing the dependencies them.  In the short term,
you can add the split out legacy packages...if you didn't just revert.
