the refresh method will fail, as there is no such script in
/opt/csw/lib/svc/method/svc-exim

I think this issue is related to bug 4988. Packages of 4.80 are available
for testing here: http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#exim
They no longer modify /usr/lib/sendmail, newaliases, etc, but instead rely
on sendmail-client as provided by Solaris 10.
