Summary:                    multiprocessing.Pool does not work in CSWpython
Description: 
When trying to instantiate multiprocessing.Pool:

ImportError: This platform lacks a functioning sem_open implementation,
therefore, the required synchronization primitives needed will not
function, see issue 3770.
