Description:
the gwindres binary is missing from the package, though the man page is
present

neither windmc nor windres appear to be built by the makefile/configure of
binutils.

Furthermore, when I attempt to manually compile them, they bomb out with
errors as:

"windint.h", line 105: invalid type for bit-field: named
"windint.h", line 133: invalid type for bit-field: subdir
"windint.h", line 1063: invalid type for bit-field: kind

So, this appears to be a "wont work under solaris" kind of isue, that the
configure script rightfully disables compiling.

If you have specific suggestions on how to enable and compile them, please
reopen the bug with details.
