Summary:                    mysql_dev is missing 64 bit mysql_config
Description: 
There is
  /opt/csw/bin/mysql_config
but no
  /opt/csw/bin/sparcv9/mysql_config
needed e.g. for zabbix.

It wasn't excluded in the build recipe, I don't think... so what might be
the problem? How is it normally handled in GAR?
