Summary:                    Change to use csw version of perl in hash bang
Description: 
The perl used in the hash bang is the Sun provided version (/usr/bin/perl).
 This causes problems when trying to use CSW provided modules that certain
options of swaks requires since the Sun version know nothing of these
modules.  

Changing the path to point to the CSW provided perl would solve this
problem.
