Description: 
Attempting to build with CSW poppler I get complaints of missing headers
which are in the poppler source distribution.  Shouldn't these be in
CSWlibpopplerdev?



Note also "The 0.16 branch is the stable release series. The latest such
release is poppler-0.16.0.tar.gz, released on Dec 27, 2010"
