Summary:                    Unable to install GDB package
Description: 
When I try to install GDB package, i get this error:

pkgadd: ERROR: unable to determine current run-state

Installation of <CSWgdb> failed (internal error).
No changes were made to the system.

1. currently, gdb is supported only on Solaris 10 and later
2. the version that you try to install is old, the current one is 7.5.1 and
was packaged toward the end of 2012.

IMHO, you probably have a package source issue that I cannot solve.
