Correct. I realise now there are several of these and a libtool fix is
going to be needed anyway to support the unmaintained packages. You might
get a "use the lib not main package" or "updated to .7" report here too so
it's not much different as fix might as well use .7.

it uses libtool in its build process but doesn not depend on it since
November 27 2013.
