Description: 
Since collectd has a nice watchdog daemon to make sure it keeps running, I
adjusted SMF script to make use of it as well. Attached.

It should be able to use the SMF contract facility instead of this. I might
see if I can give it a try at some point. The current script is not good
because if collectd ever fails, the startup script will refuse to start it
again complaining about a staled PID file.
