Summary:                    ap2_modphp5 is not compatible with apache2 or
apache24
Description: 
After installing either apache2 or apache24 with dependencies and
ap2_modphp5, at the point in httpd.conf file where the libphp5.so module is
loaded the following error occurs:
modules/libphp5.so: symbol unixd_config: referenced symbol not found

Looks like this is this upstream bug:
  https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=66557
It did work in the past, what package versions for apache, php and modphp
are you using?
