Summary:                    dom installed -- PHP Fatal error: Class
'DOMDocument' not found
Description: 
phpext -q dom gives dom_enabled=true
phpinfo() shows: DOM/XML enabled

But PHP gives a fatal error at the first
DOMDocument(); call:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found
