Summary:                    default log path not included in package -> no
logging output produced
Description: 
Looks like the netsnmp has been built with a default log file setting of:

/var/opt/csw/log/snmpd.log

But the directory

/var/opt/csw/log

isn't created during installation of netsnmp.

After manually creating it, snmpd' log messages start to appear in the
mentioned default log file.
