Summary:                    phone_home code should be removed from alpine
Description: 
Alpine has code to sent usage count information to the bogus email address
alpine-count at docserver.cac.washington.edu with a non-returnable From:
address.  This is code that was inherited from the original pine, and
hadn't worked there for years either.

The phone_home feature is optional, but it is the default behavior.

At least one patch was posted in 2011 to remove the code completely.  It is
available at
https://github.com/geofft/alpine/commit/01674610679e4af4a6c6d890659573133609cec5.patch

The patch should be applied to the OpenCSW alpine package.
