[csw-buildfarm] FYI: openjade install, updating a few others

Hi All,

I'm going to add openjade to the buildfarm boxes.  This will see
sgmlcommon, xmlcommon and bash updated.  I'm also going to do the
libxml2 update (any any remaining dependency updates for it).
