[csw-buildfarm] build servers lockups

The build servers keep locking up for random periods of time, I'm
currently on build8s, build8x, and build10x, and there's nothing
happening on any of them that I can see that should be causing it. I've
been experiencing this behavior since yesterday early evening and it
makes doing anything rather difficult.

Can someone look into this?
