[csw-buildfarm] Please remove libtool dependency

once perl 2.6 is installed, all you should need to do is recompile.  I
will test the module as part of my testing against 2.6 to see if it
works on 2.6 "as-is"..  I will file bugs against the software that get's
broken on the 2.6 build... though it should be minimal.

I will make sure to get 2.6 compiled with 64bit support.  it may require
a number of patches, but I know it can be done.  there are 64bit
versions for the linux distros.
