[csw-buildfarm] immediate .la tweak needed

hi folks,

coudl you plesae remove /opt/csw/lib/libfontconfig.la on build machines?
I'm trying to recompile gd, but its getting hooked on libexpat not being
there, i think becuase of libfontconfig
