[csw-buildfarm] immediate .la tweak needed

Well, currently it was an internal dependency since I didn't remove all 
my "la" files. I guess I will get a working kdelibs.

I will then see if kdebase _demands_ the la of kdelibs or if I also can 
remove them.

All-in-all, I shouldn't rely upon kde-outer "la" files any more from now on.
