[csw-buildfarm] New and updated perl modules in newpkgs/

Ok, here goes the next one. Just put it into newpkgs/:

pm_develcaller-2.03,REV=2009.06.24-SunOS5.8-i386-CSW.pkg.gz
pm_develcaller-2.03,REV=2009.06.24-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz

When we have this one installed on the buildfarm it is only two more
intermediate steps (pm_devellexalias and then pm_lexicalpersis) until i
can build perlconsole.
