[csw-buildfarm] Can pkgutil please be upgraded to 1.7

Hi,

pkgutil 1.7 offers some really useful features for everyday work (even
for non-root users, -N and --transform as well as the implicit -W . come
to my mind). Can it please be installed on the buildfarm.
