[csw-buildfarm] /tmp/.X11-unix on unstable10s

Hi guys

The gtk2 tests fail on unstable10s since the directory /tmp/.X11-unix lacks the proper mode 1777
(according to Xvfb):

> _XSERVTransmkdir: Mode of /tmp/.X11-unix should be set to 1777
> _XSERVTransmkdir: this may cause subsequent errors
> _XSERVTransSocketCreateListener: failed to bind listener
> _XSERVTransSocketUNIXCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed
> _XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: failed to create listener for unix
> _XSERVTransNAMEDOpenPipe: Can't open /tmp/.X11-pipe/X101
> _XSERVTransOpen: transport open failed for named/unstable10s:101
> _XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: failed to open listener for named

could you please set that mode on /tmp/.X11-unix and /tmp/.X11-pipe/ on
unstable10s?
