[csw-buildfarm] Fwd: subversion python bindings not working?

on login.opencsw.org i tried to do:
hg clone
https://gar.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gar/csw/mgar/pkg/subversion/trunk

and got:
Please install either Subvertpy or the Subversion Python SWIG bindings!

is this a fault in the subversion package, or the installation on login?
