[csw-buildfarm] buildfarm request summary

Hi John,

Conspiracy theories aside, I got lost with all of your email requests
yesterday.  I only had a brief amount of time at the end of the day
and was tired and getting sick.  If you wouldn't mind, could you
summarize any outstanding requests for buildfarm admin in a single
mail please?  If you could split it out between current and unstable
and then further for adds and removes, that would greatly help me.
