[csw-buildfarm] sudoers permissions on test9s

There seems to be a problem with sudoers permissions on test9s:

maciej at testing9s :~ > sudo echo
sudo: /opt/csw/etc/sudoers is mode 0640, should be 0440
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting
