[csw-buildfarm] csw-upload-pkg

Hi,

   I know we are in a freeze at the moment, but we should still be able 
to upload packages into unstable, right?  I cannot run csw-upload-pkg on 
login it gives me an error about pycurl missing:

jgoerzen at login [login]:~/pkgs > csw-upload-pkg -h
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/opt/csw/bin/csw-upload-pkg", line 10, in <module>
     import pycurl
ImportError: No module named pycurl
