[csw-buildfarm] libzmq1 and libzmq1_dev installed on buildfarm

When it's possible could I please get the following packages installed
on the buildfarm machines?

libzmq1-2.2.0
libzmq1_dev-2.2.0

They can be found in the unstable catalog. I need them installed to
build some other software against them.
