All sun4 machines are SPARCs, not just sun4u

Hi,

Sevan Janiyan pointed out to me that there is interest in an automated building
  http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2016-August/197750.html
of ffmpeg on Solaris. We already provide access for several projects:
  https://www.opencsw.org/extend-it/signup/to-upstream-maintainers/
We also host a buildbot infrastructure at
  https://buildfarm.opencsw.org/buildbot/waterfall
which builds e.g. curl after every commit and I’ll gladly set up something
similar for FATE / ffmpeg.
