unable to commit

Hi,

while trying to commit changes:

Committing changes.
svn: E000013: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E000013: Can't open file '/svn/p/gar/code/db/txn-current-lock': 
Permission denied

I am using mgar commit and I attempted several times.

Ideas?
