That wont help - if there is no separate package for 5.11 the package for 5.10 will propagate to 5.11.
Is there a specific reason to build a separate package for 5.11 like different libraries or headers?

Apart from that I suggest to install these on experimental* to see how it goes.

The catalogs were stuck and are fixed now. The updated packages have been installed on
the experimental* hosts, please give them a try!

Thank you, catalogs are working now.

On the experimental* hosts I had trouble with git would not run:

Also, there are some additional packages that may need to be updated on 
the experimental* hosts (at least CSWlibz1, CSWlibz-dev) and some work 
to bring both experimental* hosts in-sync with each other.? I could work 
on this if you want to give me root access to experimental* hosts.? Or, 
if you would like to do it your self that fine too.? Thanks!
