[csw-devel] Some packages are missing the .pc-Files

libtool files are being "removed with extreme prejudice" where practical,
becuase they break things,and generally cause a mess.

other config files, such as .pc files, are generally well-behaved. there is
no bounty out, for destruction of .pc files :-)
