Revision: 2547
          http://gar.svn.sourceforge.net/gar/?rev=2547&view=rev
Author: wbonnet
Date: 2008-12-11 21:15:47 +0000 (Thu, 11 Dec 2008)

Log Message:
-----------
Add detection of invalid email address for maintainer (empty string may happen if package is not yet published)
Add detection of the package using a GARNAME different from package name. In such cases, script try to retrive maintainer name from a gspec file

Modified Paths:
--------------
    csw/mgar/gar/v1/bin/mail2maintainer
    csw/mgar/gar/v1/gar.lib.mk
    csw/mgar/gar/v2/bin/mail2maintainer
