[csw-devel] New in testing: SE Toolkit 3.5.0 and Orca r535

new in testing are current versions of the SE Toolkit 3.5.0
and the latest Orca r535:

The SMF/RC integration is not finished yet, but zoom
and orcallator should be running fine when started manually.
