The missing files are either 64 bits support files, or files moved to 
"dev" package. The second category should not affect runtime since they 
are includes files, pkgconfig stuff and static libs.

The 64 bits libs will be added asap. Before releasing it i had a look to 
all packages depending on sqlite3. None of this packages provides 64 
bits binary. Thus i can guess the 64 bits libs from sqlite3 are not 
really used so far. Am i right ?
