Looks ok to me, but I just skimmed it.  It's a straight
s/OBSOLETES_/OBSOLETEDBY_/g?  If this is being changed, how about
OBSOLETED_BY_?  

If Dago is ok with it, it's fine for commit.  Don't forget to update
the docs after the change and let maintainers@ know too.
