[csw-devel] Errors from: csw-upload-pkg newpkgs/gd-2.0.36RC1/*

I know there were problems with csw-upload-pkg yesterday, so I'm
probably being premature?

Getting the same kind of errors for graphviz:

ellson at login:~> csw-upload-pkg newpkgs/graphviz-2.28.0/*
